Many people heard already and asked me about Pluto return in USA. The first return was on February 20th of this year, it is again today, Monday July 11th (Pluto is retrograde) and for a final, third time on December 28th.
I try not to get into politics in my pages, but this week, I want to share with you about it, as I want to share my optimism and hope for the future.
According to the most accurate natal astrology chart of USA (Sibley Version), the nation’s birth is on July 4, 1776, in Philadelphia at 5:10 pm. Pluto is the planet of transformation. Pluto is currently transiting through Capricorn, meaning the United States is going through the first Pluto Return. You may have never heard of one. There is a good reason – they only come around every 248 – 250 years! This why we have the first Pluto return.
Pluto is heavy, slow planet and it is return to the natal Pluto of USA can be a long process. It conjunct the natal Pluto now, but we started for feel it’s influence two years ago and we have another year ahead. From other astrologer point of view, they think the return for USA started in November 2008 when Pluto entered Capricorn, as Pluto was in Capricorn when USA was established.
When Pluto returns to it is place, when a person or country is born, we can expect transformation of epic proportions. From well-known astrologer, I heard lots of opinions about it, but the most important one that I want to share is HOPE.
There is no other planet like enigmatic Pluto that marks a cosmic rebirth, as the power-hungry Pluto symbolizes transformation and renewal.
Pluto rules death and rebirth, influencing the end and beginning of new karmic cycles. It also rules things like interpersonal skills, power struggles, and shows the source of our personal power. This planet is the portal through which our spiritual and shadow energy is transformed and released into the exterior world. From the history of other counties who got already Pluto return, we learned that Pluto is about the ends of empires, the changing of guards, and the transfer of power.
For nations, countries, and empires, the sign, house placement, and aspects to Pluto in the national chart will relate to power, secrets, cover-ups, generational pathologies, and even what types of subjects are OK to talk about versus what is deemed as taboo.
America has Pluto in Capricorn in the second house of money, property, security, and values. Capricorn is the sign of government, the old people, infrastructure, hard work, and earning our keep. These concepts relate to traditional American values and the American dream. These are the areas of our lives that can be transformed.
We can expect major shifts in America since Pluto is the great revealer, ready to unravel what has been secretly hidden under the surface for far too long. With it being in Capricorn, financial systems, capitalism, laws, leaders, and basically any form of government structure long overdue for a deep change.
Pluto has been oppressive its way inescapably through the sign of Capricorn since 2008, pulling down old structures – in the Capricorn- it rules arenas of finance and government – razing the old status quo to ashes, with the HOPE of rebuilding better on the far side.
The USA’s Pluto return doesn’t necessarily spell destruction, but rather a rebirth, especially when taken in context with the Age of Aquarius’ emphasis on humanitarianism and community. It is a time for endings — specifically, ending problematic systems — and planting new seeds for the future.
Pluto going to enter the sign of humanitarianism, rebellions, liberation, innovations and freedom- the air sign of Aquarius in January 24 of year 2024, then, it will retrograde in Capricorn in September 2024 and enters Aquarius on November 20 of 2024 to stay here until 2044.
When Pluto enters a new sign, this happens about once every 20 years, our lives and society as a whole change in unprecedented ways.
Pluto takes 248 years to go around the Sun. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was between 1778 and 1798, a period of massive change all over the world.
The American constitution, still considered the pinnacle of democracy, was written when Pluto was in Aquarius.
The Constitution’s first three words – We the People – are perhaps the first modern expression of the “Aquarius entity”. This entity is not a king, a ruler, nor the government. This is exactly what the European settlers were running away from.
“We the people” is the people – an entity without a leader, an entity that self-governs and self-regulates according to the interests and wellbeing of everyone.
Now, you know, where my hope comes from.
As a passionate student of Astrology thinking about the power of positive evolution and change symbolized by a Pluto Return gives me faith in the future, courage to face change and hope for the ways we can make necessary, positive, and life-affirming changes in our lives and on this planet.
If what we are going through in this country can be reflected by and understood as Pluto’s return in Capricorn in the US Chart, there is every reason to HOPE. Astrologically speaking, Pluto is reflecting what is going on and is a tool for understanding, not a cause or source. Rather than be afraid, we can study, discuss, observe and maybe even enjoy the journey. Our faith in a process bigger than ourselves creates HOPE for a positive outcome we can only imagine.
I am not saying it is an easy time, it can be painful and frightening, but we have to stay positive and believe in the process. It is time to be reborn again. Nothing declares a cosmic rebirth like enigmatic Pluto, the power-hungry planet that symbolizes transformation and renewal.
Pluto rules death and rebirth, influencing the end and beginning of new karmic cycles. It also rules things like interpersonal skills, power struggles, and shows the source of our personal power. This planet is the portal through which our spiritual and shadow energy is transformed and released into the exterior world.
The process of rebirth can start with accepting the imperfection, the flaws and mistakes we made. Pluto’s Scorpion symbol is the Phoenix rising from the ashes. It’s the caterpillar crawling into the cocoon and emerging as the butterfly. We don’t change if we don’t first accept where the change needs to happen. It’s a process, sometimes scary and sometimes painful. The journey is one of Faith and Hope. We have to go through and have Hope. It will be better, if we hold hands and help each other, if we unite and use love.
